I take full responsibility for the miscommunication, but we are back on good terms with the Dalton athletic department after a brief conversation tonight.

Amherst Steele is the third D-1 team in NEO knocked out of the playoffs by COVID, joining North Royalton and Valley Forge.
Breaking 🚨
Wednesday’s D-1 district semifinal game between St. Ignatius and Amherst Steele has been canceled due to COVID related reasons at Amherst.
St. Ignatius will advance on a “no contest” ruling to face the winner of Garfield Heights/Lorain in the district final.
