Green Run Update: During hot fire test checkouts over the weekend, test teams at @NASAStennis found a valve was not working properly on the SLS core stage. While teams identify solutions, @NASA is assessing a new test date for the hot fire test.

Today’s RS-25 engine test for missions beyond #Artemis III is separate from the full-scale Green Run testing of the SLS core stage conducted on the B-2 Test Stand.

The Green Run hot fire test sought to acquire test data to support 23 verification objectives, which are used to certify the @NASA_SLS rocket’s core stage design.
Preliminary assessment indicates that acquired data met the goals for several objectives.
