Red Cross teams visit transit centres following the landfall of #CycloneEloise earlier today.

This is Ifapa accommodation centre in Sofala, Beira where more than 300 people started arriving as early as yesterday and in need of latrines, masks and handwashing stations.

This is #Beira, earlier today following the landfall of #CycloneEloise.

There is a lot of rain, which has led to flooding in Buzi and Beira. The full extent of the impact is still unknown. However, it is reported that the strength of the wind was not as high as anticipated.
